At JL Real Estate Development, we don’t want to be another real estate development company just out for a profit – we want to empower our employees and help the communities where we live and work. That’s why we’re moving our corporate headquarters to Koreatown.
GIVING BACK
Our 631 S Vermont Project will be providing free Wi-fi to the surrounding community. We are also building a community center where all are invited, no matter what racial, gender, or socio-economic background they come from. Furthermore, the project will include 18 units of affordable housing.
INTERNATIONAL
In our Los Angeles office, we have employees from all over the world that combined can speak 11 different languages natively. We are excited to move our company to Koreatown’s culturally-diverse, vibrant community.
